Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pineapple sundae topping
- 1-1/2 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped macademia nuts
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, warmed
- 1 - sheet of puff pastry, thawed from a 17.3 oz pkg
How To Make oh so sweet pastry puffs

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray 6 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface. Unfold pastry sheet, roll into a 12" x 10" rectangle.

Step 2W/ long side facing you, spread pineappl topping onto pastry to 1/2" of edge. Sprinkle w/ coconut and nuts. Starting at the long side, roll up jelly roll style. Press seam to seal.

Step 3Cut into 6-2"-pieces. Place pastry, cut-side up into muffin cups. bake 25 min, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Drizzle each pastry w/ 1 tsp caramel sauce.
