Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 12 teaspoons honey
How To Make nun's puffs with honey

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously grease 12 muffin cups, including the edges and around the top; set aside.

Step 2In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add milk. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.

Step 4Cook and stir until the mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Very important to let it cool.

Step 5Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition.

Step 6Mix until smooth.

Step 7Divide the dough evenly among prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Step 8Sprinkle with sugar.

Step 9Bake about 30 minutes or until golden and puffy.

Step 10Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then remove from the pan.

Step 11Drizzle each with about 1 tsp of honey. Serve immediately.
