I got this from a friend who was not sleeping well at night..she got up at 4 am and decided to make some of these for us at work for breakfast that day. Man, really glad she couldn't sleep! LOL These are really yummy!

Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese frosting
2 - egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sugar and cinnamon mixed
1 stick softened butter
2 packages white bread

How To Make not your ordinary cheese blintz- fun for kids!

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, and 1/2 cup sugar together, spread this on the bread with crust cut off.

Step 2

Roll up bread and dip into butter and then sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 min.
