How to Make No Bake Snowballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cream cheese and well-drained crushed pineapple
  2. Fold in pecans
  3. Cover and refrigerate for one hour
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut flakes
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
