Step 1Crust....mix oats, brown sugar, ànd buter till well blended...press into a 9x13 baking dish

Step 2Filling...cream together peanut butter, cream chesse, and vanilla . Blend in milk and whipped topping...spread on oat crust...pipe on a ribbon of chocolate on filling useing a plastic baggie...about 1/4 cup...
