I got a recipe for a lazy woman's peach cobbler from an aunt well, this is my version.It is easier and as good if not better than the one I got from my aunt.I hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients For my lazy woman's peach cobbler

  • 1--29 oz
    can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1--15 oz
    can sliced peaches in light syrup/drained
  • 1--9 oz. box
    jiffy golden yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 stick
    margerine

How To Make my lazy woman's peach cobbler

    Melt margarine in two quart baking dish.Mix Jeffy cake mix according to direction on box.Pour over melted margarine,do not stir.Drain 15 oz.can of peaches and pour in middle of the the cake mix mixture,do not stir.Pour the 29 oz. can sliced peaches over the smaller can peaches,do not stir! Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour or until golden brown.Allow to cool before serving.
