Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz.) (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling
How To Make muffin cheesecakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients together (except pie filling). Fill 18 muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Spoon the pie filling into them after they are filled and baked. You can also put vanilla wafers in the bottom of the muffin cups before you bake them - if you want.
