I bake this for my family. We are huge peanut butter fans and love cheesecake so it is a great combination for us!

  • 1
    pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter chips

How to Make Morgan's Peanut Butter Cheesecake


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk and mix until it is smooth.
  4. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Melt the peanut butter chips in a small bowl.
  6. Add 1/3 of the batter to the melted chips and stir by hand until well blended.
  7. Pour the vanilla batter into the crust.
  8. Pour the peanut butter batter into the crust.
  9. Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl, giving it a marbled effect.
  10. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set. Will start to crack.
  11. Cool, chill, serve and eat.
