mini peach crisp
Made these this morning had to get rid of three peaches they turned out rather well not too hard to do and as you can see I only have 3 left somebody ate one. Stuff doesn't last long around here.

Ingredients
- 3 medium fresh peachs
- I/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (sliced)
How To Make mini peach crisp

Step 1Put the sliced peaches in a small Bowl mix the flour and sugar pour over the peaches at the almond flavoring and mix well. Put mixture into ramekins.

Step 2In a small bowl mixed together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and sliced butter. What's pastry cutter cut butter into mixture tell the size of peas baking a 350 degree oven for a round 25 to 30 minutes or until tops are light brown and Peach mixture is bubbly.
