This yummy blondie bar came from the back of the mini-chips. With brown sugar and chocolate, oh yea there good. Give em a try, my pictures.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, softened (3/4 of a cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 12 oz. pkg of mini chips ~ semi sweet chocolate

How To Make mini chips blondies

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13"x9" baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Step 3
    Beat butter and brown sugar in bowl til fluffly, add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well. Stir in small chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
    Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
