This yummy blondie bar came from the back of the mini-chips. With brown sugar and chocolate, oh yea there good. Give em a try, my pictures.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, softened (3/4 of a cup)
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups 12 oz. pkg of mini chips ~ semi sweet chocolate
How To Make mini chips blondies

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13"x9" baking pan.

Step 2Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 3Beat butter and brown sugar in bowl til fluffly, add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well. Stir in small chocolate chips.

Step 4Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
