Ingredients
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 - 10 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1 - homemade graham cracker crust
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
How To Make mile high strawberry pie

Step 1Beat egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and frozen strawberries in large mixing bowl on high speed for 15 minutes.

Step 2While strawberry mixture is mixing, prepare a graham cracker crust and place in a 9 X 13 pan. Save some crumbs for on top.

Step 3Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture. Pour on top of graham cracker crust.

Step 4Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze.
