Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons melted crisco
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 5 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups warm mashed potatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
How To Make mashed potato donuts

Step 1Blend Crisco eggs and milk then mix flour baking powder salt and sugar combine the two mixtures with mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly roll on slightly flowered pastry cloth or board and cutwith floured donut cutter .fry in deep pan or fryer filled with Crisco heated to 365° then drain on paper towels
