I have a problem when it comes to making meringue. It never turns out just right. It is either too runny; pulls away from the edges; or something else goes wrong. This recipe is easy and takes care of these problems for me.

cream of tartar
egg whites

How to Make Marshmallow Creme Meringue


  • 1Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks form.
  • 2Add the marshmallow cream. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  • 3Cover top of pie with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden.
