marshmallow creme meringue

I have a problem when it comes to making meringue. It never turns out just right. It is either too runny; pulls away from the edges; or something else goes wrong. This recipe is easy and takes care of these problems for me.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream topping
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 - egg whites

How To Make marshmallow creme meringue

  • Step 1
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 2
    Add the marshmallow cream. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3
    Cover top of pie with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden.
