maple bacon cinnamon rolls
I came up with this idea for breakfast this morning. It is a sweet and savory roll the whole family will enjoy :)

Ingredients
- DOUGH
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- FILLING
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
How To Make maple bacon cinnamon rolls

Step 1Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the filling in a small bowl and mix.

Step 2In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in softened butter then add milk. Knead the dough then roll out on a floured surface about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3Spread filling on the rolled out dough. Crumbled the cooked bacon and sprinkle on top of filling. Rollup the dough then cut into 12 pieces with a sharp knife. I used 2 pie pans and sprayed cooking spray before I placed the rolls in them. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Add glaze and serve.
