This is Mammy's (my Mom) recipe for her famous Cherry Cheesecake that everyone loves. You can also use different fruit toppings instead of cherry.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 24-30 - graham cracker squares
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- FILLING
- 1 - tub whipped topping
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- TOPPING
- 1 can cherry pie filling
How To Make mammy's cherry cheesecake

Step 1Mix ingredients for crust until crumbly--don't let it form a ball. Press into bottom and sides of pie pan and bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes.

Step 2Beat together ingredients for filling until stiff. Spread onto cooled crust and top with cherry pie filling. Chill 1-2 hours.
