Macaroon Salad

1 csugar

2 Tbspflour

1egg, beaten

1/2 ccoconut
-
1 Tbspsalt

1 tspvanilla

1/2 coatmeal
-
1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 cbutter, melted
How to Make Macaroon Salad
- Mix all dry ingredients. Add in egg, vanilla, and butter. Spread mixture in a well greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. (Macaroon will harden); cool completely. Break into pieces.
- 1 large container Cool Whip, 3 bananas, 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Layer in a glass bowl -- Cool Whip, bananas, macaroon, pecans, ending with Cool Whip. Reserve a little bit of macaroon and pecans for the top. This is decadent!!!
