macaroni fruit salad
Recipe from pastor's wife, after tasting it at a potluck fort our Women's Bible Study about 25 years ago. It has become a family favorite. Very similar to Frog Eye Salad but easier.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dececco acini di pepe macaroni
- 1 20 oz cans crushed pineapple drained
- 1 11 oz cans mandarin oranges drained (2t reserved)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make macaroni fruit salad

Step 1Cook and drain macaroni

Step 2Boil sugar, 2T reserved juice, eggs and salt. Cook and stir until thickened.

Step 3Pour over macaroni combined with fruit.

Step 4Refrigerate overnight. Before serving spread Cool Whip over top.
