  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 3
  • 1 lb
    light brown sugar
  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 pkg
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 pkg
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 pkg
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • ·
    dulce de leche or vanilla bean ice cream

How to Make Lush Blondies


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. Mix butter and eggs together in a large mixing bowl, and add the brown sugar. Slowly mix in the flour, then add the vanilla. Fold in all of the chips, and pour into baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out with just a little bit of blondie on it (for gooey brownies).
  3. To serve: Top with a scoop of either ice cream and drizzle with Kahlúa. You can also drizzle with a little Bailey's, too, for some extra kick.
