Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 3 - eggs
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 package butterscotch chips
- 1/2 package milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 package vanilla or white chocolate chips
- - dulce de leche or vanilla bean ice cream
- - kahlúa
How To Make lush blondies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9-inch square baking dish.

Step 2Mix butter and eggs together in a large mixing bowl, and add the brown sugar. Slowly mix in the flour, then add the vanilla. Fold in all of the chips, and pour into baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out with just a little bit of blondie on it (for gooey brownies).

Step 3To serve: Top with a scoop of either ice cream and drizzle with Kahlúa. You can also drizzle with a little Bailey's, too, for some extra kick.
