This is a tasty dessert for any occasion. I have taken it to church potlucks as well as work potlucks. Everyone seems to really enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 box (small) cook and serve coconut cream pudding
1 box (small) cook and serve butterscotch pudding
3 cups cold milk

How To Make luscious dessert

Step 1

Crust: flour, butter, and chopped pecans. Mix and press in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes (or until lightly browned) at 350 degrees. Cool.

Step 2

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip together and spread on cooled crust. Mix the two boxes of pudding with the three cups of milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip and chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated. For variations can use chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, or lemon pudding.
