Ingredients

  • 1 box
    brownie mix (can also use low fat or reduced sugar)
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 oz) diet dr. pepper (or any diet soda)
  • 2
    egg whites

How to Make (Low Fat) Diet Dr. Pepper Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven according to the package directions.
  2. Stir brownie mix, diet soda and egg whites in medium sized bowl just until just combined.
  3. Spray bottom of 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray and pour brownie mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake according to the package directions, when done, let cool and cut into squares.
