This is fantastic to take to Potluck dinners! It is quick and easy to make. But it does have to chill overnight. At least 8 hours.

Ingredients
- 2 packages any flavor sugar free jello (small size)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups boiling water
- 8 ounces package of cream cheese. (not low or non fat)
How To Make low carb jello-cream mold

Step 1Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into blender with cream cheese and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Pour into Mold.

Step 3Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and serve.
