This is fantastic to take to Potluck dinners!
It is quick and easy to make. But it does have to chill overnight. At least 8 hours.

  • 2 pkg
    any flavor sugar free jello (small size)
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 8 oz
    package of cream cheese. (not low or non fat)

How to Make Low Carb Jello-Cream Mold


  1. Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
    Pour into blender with cream cheese and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into Mold.
  3. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and serve.
