This originally came from a Strawberry Triffle recipe I used to make. I've lost the recipe, but started making this topping for different dessert dishes. It's not very heavy.

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream (i use 2 small cartons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
How To Make light whipping cream

Step 1Whip with hand mixer until heavy whipping cream is fluffy.

Step 2In seperate bowl, add other ingredients and whip until mixed. Sometimes I only use vanilla extract, but I occasionally will add the almond, too. Either way is good.

Step 3Fold the mix into the whipping cream. (Sometimes I cheat and whip them together!) Add more sugar to taste if you like it a little heavier. I'm sure this can be cut in half, but I tend to make larger batches. Enjoy!!!!
