How to Make Lemon Squares
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream the butter and powdered sugar into a large bowl
- Gradually add the 1 1/2 cups flour and mix until it becomes doughy.
- Press the dough into a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix eggs and granulated sugar with the rest of the flour and add the lemon juice.
- Pour this mixture onto hot crust and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
