Yet another of my mother-in-laws recipes. So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 package lemon jello (3 oz.)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make lemon cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Combine and chill above ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Beat 1 can evaporated milk and partially thickened jello, cream cheese and sugar mixture. Then pour over graham crackers crust and chill.
