Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons + 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee granuals
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 32 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make layered mocha cheesecake (death by chocolate)

Step 1Combine cookie crumbs and butter.

Step 2Press into bottom of greased 9x13 pan

Step 3In a small bowl combine coffee, water, and cinnamon - Set aside.

Step 4In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth

Step 5Add eggs; beat on low just until combined.

Step 6Stir in vanilla.

Step 7Divide batter in half

Step 8Stir melted chocolate into 1/2 of the batter

Step 9Pour chocolate batter over the cookie crust

Step 10Stir coffee mixture into the remaining batter

Step 11Spoon coffee mixture over the chocolate layer

Step 12Wrap foil around pan

Step 13Place on a large baking pan and add 1" hot water

Step 14Bake at 325 until center is just set and top apprears dull

Step 15Remove pan from water bath.

Step 16Cool on wire rack for 10 minute

Step 17Cool 1 hour then refrigerate over night

Step 18In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter

Step 19Stir until smooth

Step 20Spread over cheesecake
