2 1/2 cwhite vanilla baking chips(15 0z.)
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
2limes(about 2 teaspoons grated peel and 3 tablespoons juice
1 cgraham crackers, crushed
How to Make Key Lime Pie Fudge
- Line 8 inch square ( 2 quarts) glass baking dish with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- Combine 2 1/2 cups vanilla baking chips and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high in 30 second increments stirring each time until melted and smooth.
- Add 2 teaspoons grated lime peel, 3 tablespoons lime juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined. Pouur mixture into dish.
- Refrigerate about 4 hours.Cut into squares and sprinkle graham crackers over the top.
