Ingredients
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/4 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- FOR SERVING:
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, to dust
How To Make kahlua coffee jelly

Step 1Place water and gelatin in a microwave proof bowl. Microwave 10 seconds to soften gelatin.

Step 2Whisk in coffee and sugar. Pour mixture in a square glass baking dish and place in refrigerator. Refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour.

Step 3Cut coffee jelly into 1 inch cubes and serve evenly among 6 dessert cups.

Step 4In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, and Kahlua. Spoon evenly over jelly, dust with cocoa and serve.
