Kahlua Coffee Jelly

1 pkgunflavored gelatin
1 1/4 cstrong brewed coffee
1/4 csweetened condensed milk
2 Tbspwhipping cream
3 Tbspkahlua coffee liqueur
1 Tbspcocoa powder, to dust
How to Make Kahlua Coffee Jelly
- Place water and gelatin in a microwave proof bowl. Microwave 10 seconds to soften gelatin.
- Whisk in coffee and sugar. Pour mixture in a square glass baking dish and place in refrigerator. Refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour.
- Cut coffee jelly into 1 inch cubes and serve evenly among 6 dessert cups.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, and Kahlua. Spoon evenly over jelly, dust with cocoa and serve.
