I know it does kind of look wired but it tastes very good. I was looking for a recipe about this for years until I came across this one. I gotten better every time I have made it.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    water, boiling
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o orange flavor gelatin
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o lemon flavor gelatin
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o lime flavor gelatin
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can(s)
    peach slices in heavy syrup, drained & chopped
  • ·
    grated lemon peel

How to Make Jewels of Jewels Jell-O

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix in 1 cup of the boiling water into a bowl with each dry jell-o flavor until fully dissolved. Pour each flavor into separate 8 inch square pan. Place in the ice box for an hour or until fully set.
  2. In the mean time mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk,peaches & lemon zest & place in the ice box until ready to use.
  3. Then once the gelatins are set. Cut them into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl. Pour over the milk mixture. Mix very gently. Store any left overs in the ice box.
  4. Special Tip: You may add in any kind of nuts. Or you may stir in 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes.
