Helen gave me this recipe for my children over 30 years ago.

Ingredients

  • 1 package jello- any flavor
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 21 - graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can evaporated milk

How To Make jello fluff

  • Step 1
    Mix jello ,sugar,lemon juice, and boiling water in a bowl. Place in frigerator till it becomes a soft set.
  • Step 2
    Mix crushed graham crackers and butter.
  • Step 3
    Mix and pat into 9 inch square pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
  • Step 4
    Beat the evaporated milk at high speed with mixer.
  • Step 5
    Gradually add softed jello.And beat till fluffy.
  • Step 6
    Pour over crust.Add 2 tablespoons of graham cracker on top. Keep chilled.
