Ingredients
- 200 grams all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon yoghurt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 liter cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 1/4 tablespoon orange food colour
- 1 tablespoon nuts
How To Make jalebi recipe

Step 1Take the flour in a mixing bowl and add the yoghurt. Pour water little by little and make dough. Don't make a loose dough.

Step 2Cover and keep in room temperature or a little warm place for 10 hour or overnight to fermentate.

Step 3When it get fermentated, whisked it to make a free flowing batter.

Step 4Mix the sugar with water and heat over medium flame and make a light sugar syrup.

Step 5Heat cooking oil in a wide flat pan over slow flame. Add the batter in a piping bottle or in a jalebi cloth.

Step 6Pipe the batter in spiral shape over the hot oil and fry till both sides become crisp golden.

Step 7Drain the jalebi and soak in light sugar syrup for 1 minute.
