Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 teaspoon saigon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • FILLING
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup jack daniels tennessee fire whiskey
  • TOPPING
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup jack daniels tennessee fire whiskey

How To Make jack daniels tennessee fire cheesecake shots

  • Step 1
    Stir together graham crackers (crushed), melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, lemon juice, and whiskey. Mix with beater till smooth.
  • Step 3
    Remove the cream cheese mixture and place into icing bag or a zip lock; seal, and cut end, and sit aside.
  • Step 4
    In medium bowl combine the cherry pie filling and the remaining whiskey and stir till even consistency.
  • Step 5
    Use a teaspoon and fill 1/3 of the 2 oz shot glass. Use bottom of a shot glass to compress the crust. Repeat for all.
  • Step 6
    Squeeze the pastry bag or zip lock to add the cream cheese into the shot glass.
