- CRUST
- 1 teaspoon saigon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham crackers
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- FILLING
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup jack daniels tennessee fire whiskey
- TOPPING
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup jack daniels tennessee fire whiskey

Step 1Stir together graham crackers (crushed), melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Step 2In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, lemon juice, and whiskey. Mix with beater till smooth.

Step 3Remove the cream cheese mixture and place into icing bag or a zip lock; seal, and cut end, and sit aside.

Step 4In medium bowl combine the cherry pie filling and the remaining whiskey and stir till even consistency.

Step 5Use a teaspoon and fill 1/3 of the 2 oz shot glass. Use bottom of a shot glass to compress the crust. Repeat for all.

Step 6Squeeze the pastry bag or zip lock to add the cream cheese into the shot glass.
