Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin, unflavored
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 ounces irish whiskey

How To Make irish coffee en gelee

  • Step 1
    Put 1/2 cup of cold water in a saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin. Add 1 1/2 cups hot water. Stir to dissolve gelatin over heat.
  • Step 2
    Add sugar and irish whiskey. Stir until well blended. Pour into small serving dishes. Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
