- 3 packages 8 ounce cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
How To Make irene's cheesecake

Step 1Blend cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add cream and beat.

Step 2Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake at Lower to 350 degrees and continue to bake for approximately 50-60 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3Leave door to the oven open for another hour.
