This flan recipe is from a co-worker I used to work with who's grandmother married a spanaird and this is his mother's, Isabel, recipe. I bring this to parties and never have any left over! Always a hit, I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as my family and friends!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make isabel's flan

Step 1Place sugar in pan and heat. Stir until sugar is melted. Pour into a 1 quart casserole.

Step 2Beat eggs and yolk together. Add evaporated milk and beat mixture with wire whisk. Then add condensed milk while whisking.

Step 3Add the vanilla, mix, then pour into the casserole. Place the casserole dish into a pan that has hot water.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
