How to Make Ice Cream Cone Cannoli
- With a wooden spoon mix ricotta, powdered sugar, (orange rind,) and vanilla until smooth. Add the chips and stir until evenly blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Keep mixture into fridge until you are ready to use it!
- Spoon mixture into ice cream cone.Serve.
- If you wish to make your cones look like the picture,melt 1 cup chocolate chips and dip cones in chocolate (I also like to coat inside the cones.)Roll chocolate dipped cone in chopped nuts.
