Ingredients
- 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8-10 - sugar ice cream cones
How To Make ice cream cone cannoli

Step 1With a wooden spoon mix ricotta, powdered sugar, (orange rind,) and vanilla until smooth. Add the chips and stir until evenly blended.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 3Keep mixture into fridge until you are ready to use it!

Step 4Spoon mixture into ice cream cone.Serve.

Step 5If you wish to make your cones look like the picture,melt 1 cup chocolate chips and dip cones in chocolate (I also like to coat inside the cones.)Roll chocolate dipped cone in chopped nuts.
