  • 2 c
    peanuts, shelled
  • 1 c
    hickory nuts, if available
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts or pecans
  • 6 qt
    cor, popped unsalted
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    white or dark corn syrup

How to Make Homemade CrackerJack

Step-by-Step

  1. mix corn and nuts, cook sugar and syrup til it hairs
  2. pour over corn, mix well; leave loose and form into balls while warm.....good
