How to Make Homemade Cinnamon Chips

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar together, adjusting amounts if necessary. Cut each tortilla into 8-10 triangles.
  2. Fry in oil, in small batches until crispy and golden brown
  3. After each batch, drain on paper towels and dust in cinnamon-sugar mixture. When they're all done, toss together, and serve warm, with honey drizzled on top if desired
