- 1/2 C - sugar

How To Make homemade cinnamon chips

Step 1Combine cinnamon and sugar together, adjusting amounts if necessary. Cut each tortilla into 8-10 triangles.

Step 2Fry in oil, in small batches until crispy and golden brown

Step 3After each batch, drain on paper towels and dust in cinnamon-sugar mixture. When they're all done, toss together, and serve warm, with honey drizzled on top if desired
