This is a wonderful, quick, and easy recipe to throw together. It makes a perfect sharing or gifting amount, too. Another plus is that there’s no need for a mixer! You can also customize as you like. Top with or without nuts. The ingredients are usual pantry staples, too! Give them a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Blend together all of your dry ingredients.

    Add to the dry, your eggs, oil and vanilla.

    Stir with a spoon until blended well.
