This is a wonderful, quick, and easy recipe to throw together. It makes a perfect sharing or gifting amount, too. Another plus is that there’s no need for a mixer! You can also customize as you like. Top with or without nuts. The ingredients are usual pantry staples, too! Give them a try!

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make homemade brownies

Step 1Blend together all of your dry ingredients.

Step 2Add to the dry, your eggs, oil and vanilla.

Step 3Stir with a spoon until blended well.

Step 4Pour into your sprayed 8x8 baking pan.

Step 5Sprinkle with pecans or anything you choose, if anything at all.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Step 7I bake mine in my toaster oven. This keeps the kitchen cooler. They’re better the next day. If that’s possible!
