This is an easy fix to the problem of being out of powdered sugar... It has happened to us all at one time or another... Give this a try!

Ingredients

Step 1

Put sugar and cornstarch in a blender,(or coffee / spice grinder). Blend or grind on highest speed.

Step 2

Use right away or store in airtight container.
Step 3

***This will yield 1 cup of powdered sugar. *** The sugar can scratch or etch your blender pitcher (especially if it is plastic).
