1 1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cwater
1 cwhite sugar
1 Tbspbaking powder
1 cchopped english walnuts
1 cchopped dates
1 Tbspvanilla extract
How to Make Holiday Date Pudding
- Preheat oven 375 degrees. Boil water & brown sugar until sugar is well dissolved.
- Stir with spoon the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour into 9X13 rectangle baking dish or cake pan. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter. Bake until golden brown. 30- 35 minutes. Serve either warm or chilled with a whipped topping.
