It's simple and easy. Only need 4 things, a large sheet of parchment paper (or wax paper), a tablespoon, a microwave, and a microwave safe bowl. The ingredients are only 2 items, butterscotch morsels and low mien noodles.

    butterscotch chips
  • large can(s)
    low mien noodles

How to Make Haystacks

Step-by-Step

  1. Place a large sheet of parchment paper or wax paper on a counter top or table top. Then pour the butterscotch chips in the microwave safe bowl, following the directions on the package for melting, melt the chips and then stir in the can of low mien noodles quickly. Then drop by spoons full on the parchment paper or wax paper. Let set about 30 minutes until cool. Release from parchment paper and eat. Will make around 10 large ones or 20 small.
