IN LGE. BOWL, COMBINE FIRST 5 INDGREDS. TRANSFER TO 9X13 PAN SPRINKLE WITH DRY CAKE MIX

DRIZZLE WITH MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE. TOP WITH CHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS (I PREFER PECANS)
