How to Make Granola Bars
- Optional other ingredients: your choice of desired fruits/nuts/chocolate chips. I usually go with 1/2 of the optional ingredients.
- 9x9 glass pan greased for thicker bars.
a cake pan or small cookie sheet can also be used for thinner bars.
- mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly prior to adding liquids. press into pan.I use saran or a plastic wrap to get a smooth top.
- Bake at 325 for 22-25 minutes
Cut after cooling and wrap in saran to keep fresh or place in individual snack bags.
