Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon yeast
- 3 cups bread flour

- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
- 2 tablespoons hot coffee

Step 1Place ingredients into pan in the order listed.

Step 2Select manual or dough setting.

Step 3After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep.

Step 4On a lightly floured surface, roll or pat to 12\"x9\" rectangle.

Step 5Brush with melted butter.

Step 6Combine sugars, nuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.

Step 7Starting with shorter side, roll up tightly.

Step 8Pinch edge to seal.

Step 9Cut into 12 slices.
