Ingredients

3bags white choc chips.
-
2 can(s)sweetened can milk
-
1zip lock baggie cocoanut tinted pink
-
1zip lock baggie with cocoanut tinted red
-
15marchino cherries diced
-
1/3 cchopped pecans [optional but nice or if u want use an almond extract about 1/2 teasp]
-
1 bottlered food coloring to do the tinting
How to Make GRACE'S VALENTINE CHERRY/COCOANUT FUDGE
- FIRST TINT UR COCONUT. 1 PINK 1 RED ABOUT 1/2 CUP IN EACH BAG. DICE THE 15 MARCHINO CHERRIES [U MAY ADD MORE IF U LIKE.]
- IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT WHITE CHOC CHIPS ADD 1 1/2 CANS OF SWEETENED CAN MILK STIRRING CONSTANTLY TIL SMOOTH. TAKE OFF HEAT
- STIR IN NUTS OR ALMOND EXTRACT AND CHERRIES AND COCONUT. WILL BE RICH AND THICK.
- POUR INTO OBLONG PAN LINED WITH WAX PAPER OR PARCHMENT PAPER [OR BAKING DISH BUT STILL LINE WITH PAPER]
- PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR A COUPLE HOURS. TIL COMPLETELY SET
- TAKE OUT AND CUT INTO SQRS. AND SERVE
