HEAT UP IN SMALL PAN THE HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TIL ALMOST BOIL. DON'T LET IT BREAK

Step 2

STIR IN SYRUP AND WHITE CHOC CHIPS AND STIR TIL SMOOTH AND TAKE OFF STOVE
