I GOT TO THINKING .... IF U CAN MAKE CHOC GANACHE WITH THE WHITE OR DARK CHOC CHIPS U CAN TAKE ANY CHIPS AND MAKE GANACHE WITH IT.

How To Make grace's peanutbutter ganache

Step 1

IN SMALL PAN HEAT THE HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TIL ""ALMOST"" BOIL. DO NOT LET IT BREAK. REMOVE FROM HEAT.

Step 2

POUR IN WHITE CORN SYRUP AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS AND STIR TIL SMOOTH.
Step 3

THEN USE ON CAKES CUPCAKES COOKIES ECT...
