- IN SMALL PAN HEAT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TIL ALMOST BOIL. DON'T LET IT BREAK.
- THEN STIR IN MINTS AND KEEP STIRRING AS U DO AND ADD THE WHITE SYRUP STIR TIL SMOOTH.
