How To Make grace's mint choc ganache

Step 1

IN SMALL PAN HEAT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TIL ALMOST BOIL. DON'T LET IT BREAK.

Step 2

THEN STIR IN MINTS AND KEEP STIRRING AS U DO AND ADD THE WHITE SYRUP STIR TIL SMOOTH.
Step 3

TAKE OFF STOVE
