Step 1

IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT W. CHOC CHIPS THEN WHEN SMOOTH ADD FLAVORING[TASTE TO SEE IF U'D WANT TO ADD A LIL MORE FLAVORING] ADD MILK STIR TIL SMOOTH THEN ADD POWDERED SUGAR

Step 2

WHEN WELL BLENDED POUR INTO OBLONG BAKING DISH AND SPRED EVENLY. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 2-3 HOURS
Step 3

TAKE OUT AND CUT INTO SQRS AND PLATE
