PLACE COOL WHIP N BOTTOM OF PARFAIT CUP, THEN PLACE RED JELLO, THEN COOL WHIP THEN BLUE JELLO. THEN COOL WHIP. U MAY PUT A MARCHINO CHERRY ON TOP. PLACE BACK N FRIDGE TIL READY 2 SERVE
